Simply register on the My Vodafone App and choose your preferred number or bring your current number to be part of the Vodafone experience.

You can sign up using your Omani ID, Resident ID or passport. Once you scan the document, you will be required to activate your camera to verify your identify.

All customers are required to register with their National ID/passport/Resident ID to be able to start using our services as per the regulations of Oman.

You can download the My Vodafone App from both Apple store and Google Play Store. It is also coming soon to the Huawei AppGallery.

You will be asked to scan your identification document from both sides and pass the photo verification process to verify your identity.

Each customer is allowed to have a maximum of 10 numbers under the same ID.

Vodafone SIM activation is free of charge.

You will receive the sales order confirmation by your preferred communication channel. Our courier partner will contact you through SMS or phone calls to deliver your SIM.

Yes you can bring your current number to Vodafone in a simplified process through My Vodafone App.

According to the regulations in Oman, the process can take up to 48 hours

Yes, it’s available for android that supports eSIM,  through My Vodafone App or our Vodafone Hub in the Mall of Oman.

You can only order a SIM card under your name and ID since all orders need to go through live ID verification. You might be able to select the delivery to go to someone else or give the SIM to another person to use, however, the number will be under your name/ID.

Each customer is allowed up to 10 numbers under the same ID.

You will receive three SIM sizes; a standard SIM, a micro SIM, and a Nano SIM.

You will need to make sure your SIM is activated, have enough credit in your balance, or subscribed to a plan to be able to use our services.

No, only the ID holder can complete the registration process. 

National ID, resident card, and passport for non-residents. 

Go to the “My Profile” section in My Vodafone App and you will be able to edit your details.

Your number will be booked for you until the payment process is complete. There are several payment methods you can select from to complete your delivery. 

Yes you can transfer your number. You will be required to provide the statement of dues and no objection letter (NOC) from your current operator.

You can view the status of your request through My Vodafone App. You may also experience a drop in the network of your old SIM, which you will need to insert your new Vodafone SIM card to start using our services.

If your contacts are saved on your SIM card then they will disappear. However, if they are saved in the cloud or on your device then they will not be affected.

  • Prepaid customer: will not be required to provide any documents.
  • Post-paid customers: will be required to provide the statement of dues and no objection letter from the current operator.

Yes, you can move your number to any operator.

Once you have received your SIM card, insert the SIM into the phone and click on the activation alert showing in the My Vodafone App. Click the “activate” button then scan the barcode and serial number on the SIM card to complete the activation process.
